2023 CERTIFICATIONS

Our company canteen is a member of LandGenuss Bayerwald e.V. and uses sustainable, fresh food from producers and processors in the region.

At the end of November, we receive the “Great Place to Work®” certification on the basis of an anonymous employee survey. Our training concept has also been awarded the “Great Place to Start” seal.

from Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik to SK TECHNOLOGY GmbH.

2019 SUCCESION

Benedikt Kulzer inherits the company at the end of November 2019 and is appointed Managing Director at Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik. Together with his father, Stefan Kulzer, he guides the company’s development.

2017 Integration & inauguration

• • The heretofore independent factory in Waldmünchen is integrated into Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik as of 01 January, 2017. Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik now has two factories. The Roding factory for the production of prototypes, zero and small series. The serial production of milling and turning parts takes place in the Waldmünchen factory.
• • Official inauguration of the new production hall, administration building with social wing and canteen by Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik at the Roding location.
• At the end of the year, co-founder Johann Stangl dies of cancer at the age of just 56.

2016 AWARD

Stangl & Co. Präzisionstechnik GmbH is awarded the “Bayerns Best 50” prize by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economics and Media, Energy and Technology.

2016 INNOVATION

Europe’s most advanced 3D coordinate measuring machine, a ZEISS XENOS, is commissioned by Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik in the Roding factory.

2015 EXPANSION

Ground-breaking ceremony for the expansion of a new production hall to 10,000 square meters in Roding, with an office building and a social wing containing a canteen.

2014 AWARD

Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik is the winner of the SME Grand Prix of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation, one of the most coveted German business awards.

Award from the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) for special accomplishments in vocational training.

2013 AWARD

Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik are awarded a prize for being a regional model of a family-friendly working environment as a BEST PRACTICE COMPANY in the Upper Palatinate in the SIEGER 2013 competition.

2012 FINALIST

at the “SME Grand Prix”.

2011 CERTIFICATION

Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik in Roding and Waldmünchen receive certification in accordance with EN 9100:2003 – Aerospace.

2008 Founding of Roding Automobile

Together with young engineers from the Technical University of Munich, Johann Stangl and Stefan Kulzer found Roding Automobile GmbH to develop and build the exclusive carbon lightweight sports car, RODING ROADSTER, in small series.

2008 OPENING

of the factory in Waldmünchen.

2001 AWARD

The company is once again presented with an award by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) for special accomplishments in vocational training.

2000 CERTIFICATION

Stangl & Co. GmbH Präzisionstechnik is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000 for the first time.
