The ultra-fine cleaning of components, assembly of modules or devices in a cleanroom are an essential part of production for highly sensitive industries such as aerospace, medical technology, vacuum technology, the semiconductor industry and many more.
In addition to the production of high-performance precision parts, we also offer a comprehensive cleanroom service that fulfils the highest quality and cleanliness standards.
To ensure that the precision parts manufactured at SK TECHNOLOGY are as particle-free as possible for further cleanroom use, we have a specially equipped, certified ISO-7 cleanroom with integrated darkroom for testing with black and white light as well as a high-precision workstation with flow box for ISO cleanroom class 5 (US. Fed. Stand. Kl. 100).

Thanks to state-of-the-art storage systems, components and assemblies are cleaned and assembled on a total of 80 square meters according to the one-piece flow principle, ensuring highly efficient and error-free production. Assemblies of the highest quality are produced here – component by component with maximum precision.
To ensure consistently high quality, all finished precision parts and assemblies are subjected to an extensive final inspection. Trained specialists check each component for surface defects before the latest testing and measuring methods are used to test functionality and tightness. All test results and test reports are fully documented and automatically logged.
We also offer high-precision packaging and labeling processes with our ISO-7 cleanroom service. These processes guarantee absolute contamination control for high-performance parts and meet all the regulatory requirements of the high-tech industry. Our cleanroom service ensures that all components are free from contamination and are optimally prepared for further use.

ISO 7 cleanroom classification:
An ISO class 7 cleanroom allows a maximum of 352,000 particles per cubic meter with a size of over 0.5 µm. This cleanliness level is ideal for processing and packaging medical products, electronic components and other high-tech parts.
Air purity:
Thanks to state-of-the-art filter and ventilation systems, the environment remains constantly clean, ensuring reliable contamination prevention.
For this we use an H14 filter system with a regeneration time of < 20 min.
Particle management:
Our high-precision monitoring systems continuously check the particle concentration to guarantee uncompromising product purity.
